  31. The "lame-ish" chroma keying you refer to is the result
  32. of lame-ish lighting.  Standing close to a blue wall will 
  33. result in the wall acting as a reflector.  To deal with 
  34. this, I suggest using a 1/4 CTO (pale yellow/orange color
  35. correction) on the _backlight_ to counteract the blue bounce.

  37. Careful attention paid to clip levels and hue tuning help 
  38. as well.  Sometimes, TD's are not what they oughta be, or
  39. someone has gone and tweaked the settings unknown to the
  40. TD or engineer.  Yes, it looks bad.  No, it's not without
  41. remedy.  Fact is, lighting is a _serious_ craft and requires
  42. a higher level of care than most of us doing TV have the time
  43. to take, at least not as often as we'd like...
